Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing employee documentation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain and organize employee personnel files while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist with HR audits, including employee file audits and job description reviews
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating questions as needed
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team across various functions
- Assist with recruitment coordination activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Support the development, auditing, and maintenance of HR procedures and SOPs
- Help track HR processes and ensure documentation is updated and organized
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as the role continues to grow
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 1+ year of Human Resources experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a willingness to grow professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus; ADP experience preferred but not required
- Exposure to or interest in using AI tools and technology is a plus
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
