Director, IT Solutions
The Director, IT Solutions is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for supporting and improving a modern hybrid IT environment while aligning technology solutions with business needs. This position requires a well-rounded infrastructure professional with broad experience across cloud, systems, networking, security, and business process support within a lean IT organization. Ideal candidates will come from smaller organizations or associations where they have worn multiple hats and owned end-to-end technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure across systems, networking, security, and business applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and implement practical technology solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues while serving as a hands-on technical resource across multiple IT domains

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with modern infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms, networking, systems administration, and security
• Experience working in smaller or lean IT environments with broad technical ownership across multiple disciplines
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while operating independently in a fast-paced environment

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $120,000.00 to $135,000.00
