Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team supporting corporate legal document fulfillment and SOP operations. This is a 6 month 100% on site contract with the potential to be extended or hired. You will play a key part in helping businesses remain compliant throughout every stage of their lifecycle—from formation and registration to ongoing compliance and dissolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support by reviewing requests for accuracy, ensuring compliance, resolving or escalating issues, and communicating updates clearly to customers and internal teams

  • Support corporate legal document fulfillment processes and Service of Process (SOP) functions

  • Review, prepare, and submit legal and business filings including incorporations, formations, retrieval requests, and compliance status checks

  • Manage legal service of process documentation, including receipt, scanning, forwarding, and retention

  • Process state and customer documents according to established Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Maintain adherence to security and confidentiality guidelines

  • Create and update process documentation as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to support training initiatives and implementation of policy or process changes

  • Provide consultative support to customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding products and jurisdictional requirements

  • Analyze workflows and data to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Assist with reporting, special projects, and other operational initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, legal support, administrative, or related professional experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a high-energy setting
