Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support by reviewing requests for accuracy, ensuring compliance, resolving or escalating issues, and communicating updates clearly to customers and internal teams

Support corporate legal document fulfillment processes and Service of Process (SOP) functions

Review, prepare, and submit legal and business filings including incorporations, formations, retrieval requests, and compliance status checks

Manage legal service of process documentation, including receipt, scanning, forwarding, and retention

Process state and customer documents according to established Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office tools

Maintain adherence to security and confidentiality guidelines
-
Create and update process documentation as needed
-
Collaborate with team members to support training initiatives and implementation of policy or process changes
-
Provide consultative support to customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding products and jurisdictional requirements
-
Analyze workflows and data to identify process improvement opportunities
-
Assist with reporting, special projects, and other operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of customer service, legal support, administrative, or related professional experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical abilities
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment

Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a high-energy setting
