Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records
- Support hiring efforts for temporary, contract, and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct internet recruiting and leverage job boards, social media, and networking strategies to source talent
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting initiatives
- Maintain relationships with staffing partners and external recruiting resources
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Background recruiting for electrical or construction-focused organizations
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ADP or similar HR/recruiting software
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly desired
