Procurement Applications and Process Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a senior Procurement Applications & Process Specialist to support and optimize enterprise procurement systems while acting as a key liaison between Procurement and Digital teams. This role will drive system improvements, support SAP and Coupa environments, and ensure alignment across global procurement processes. Position is hybrid 3 days per week in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for procurement systems including SAP, Coupa, and related tools, ensuring performance and alignment with business needs
• Partner with procurement and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on system integration, process standardization, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience supporting procurement systems, business applications, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience with SAP and Coupa, including system functionality, integration, and enterprise usage
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
