As the Finance Business Partner you will develop strategic fiscal plans and manage operational budgets while serving as a trusted advisor on financial risks and opportunities. In this role, you will champion process innovation and automation to drive efficiency and ensure seamless execution of all core financial cycles. Responsibilities:
- Generating and analyzing monthly budget analysis vs Plan and Forecast
- Updating Forecast based on client input and trend analysis
- Communicating budget results to leaders
- Collaborating with finance team on various projects, process updates and report automation
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling,
- Experience with developing and improving financial reports and presenting results for and to senior level management.
- MS Office to include strong Excel experience- and building financial reports and models.
- Experience in Hyperion and Workday. Any experience with Essbase is a plus
- US Citizenship is required
