Sales Support Representative

Sparks Group is recruiting for a Sales Support Representative in the Miami area. With nearly three decades of experience, this organization specializes in delivering end-to-end aircraft inventory solutions to airlines, maintenance and repair organizations (MROs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and distribution partners worldwide.  As the business continues to expand its digital marketplace, there is a strong focus on enhancing online sales capabilities and building a technology-driven infrastructure to support future growth. Position Overview
The Sales Support Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the order processing function while also supporting customers who utilize the company’s online purchasing platform. This position blends administrative responsibilities with customer-facing support to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage purchase orders
• Assign product numbers and maintain new product setup within internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding previous orders
• Process exchange orders and update customer account information as needed
• Address customer questions and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions via phone, email, or in person
• Generate shipping labels and billing invoices
• Support special order processing, including online and marketing-related requests
• Assist customers with web-based purchasing, including outreach and account registration
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
• Conduct customer care surveys to gather feedback and improve service
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience with aviation purchase order processing strongly preferred
