Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for mid-level technical positions
- Maintain an average requisition load of up to 10 roles at a time (may fluctuate)
- Collaborate with the broader recruiting team while focusing specifically on mid-level technical hiring
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Navigate and adapt to evolving processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles
- Proven experience recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering positions
- Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment (agency background combined with corporate experience is acceptable)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
