Sparks Group has partnered with a leading healthcare and technology organization to hire a Program Specialist to support Provider Network Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s portfolio and ensuring program success.
The Program Specialist will support operational functions tied to provider participation and withdrawal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-driven, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. This role requires working across multiple stakeholders and functional teams to ensure data integrity, process consistency, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the provider withdrawal process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate updates across all systems.

Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Field Operations, Rostering, Contract Operations, Legal, Integrations, and others) to ensure withdrawal activities are executed seamlessly.

Maintain accurate contract participation records and validate provider data across internal systems.

Identify, review, and remediate errors or discrepancies in records, coordinating solutions with the appropriate teams.

Compile and deliver reports on withdrawal status and related activities for leadership and stakeholders.

Provide broader operational support across Provider Networks Programs tied to maintaining portfolio data integrity.

Recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Assist in developing operational goals, standards, and performance objectives for programs and projects.

Represent the team in internal and external meetings, presenting updates, insights, and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and Tableau.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements).

Proficiency with Google Suite tools.

This job is Fully Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $29.00 to $31.00
