Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding from requisition to start
- Support HR and organization leaders in developing recruitment strategies
- Use ATS system to review applicants and screen resumes
- Post ads and ensure postings are active and visible
- Support new hire and onboarding processes
- Assist with Immigration support activities for non-citizen job applicants
- Coordinate with managers to schedule interviews and applicable assessments
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Associates degree preferred
