Mailroom Lead

Responsibilities:
  •  Manages and provides guidance to mailroom associates and clerks to ensure operational effectiveness.
    •  Directs daily operations, delegates tasks, and ensures secure, timely, and accurate delivery of mail and packages.
    •  Optimizes workflows, performs quality control checks, and implements procedures for efficient operations.
    • Acts as a primary client contact, manages the relationship, and resolves issues.
    •  Performs and oversees complex mailroom functions, including receiving, sorting, metering, and packaging mail and packages.
    • Prepares reports and audits current procedures to monitor operational efficiency

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Ability to manage employees and competing deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to pass extensive background, drug screen, and have a clean driving record
