- Design and implement sophisticated workflows to improve reporting efficiency and program management for key business leaders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline digital processes, update documentation, and leverage new system features to enhance the employee experience.
- Manage roadmaps for new module implementations and serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors.
- Create technical documentation and facilitate training sessions to empower staff on core system functionalities.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and real-time dashboards (Headcount, Turnover, Recruitment metrics).
- Establish data audits and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries to ensure high levels of accuracy and validity.
- Oversee data flows between HRIS and enterprise tools, including Okta, Slack, and internal applications.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ years in HRIS Administration or HR Technology.
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Paycom HR Management modules.
