Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to anticipate and address HR needs aligned to business goals 
• Balance employee advocacy with business priorities and promote initiatives to strengthen a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies 
• Identify and mitigate employee relations risks and de-escalate conflicts
• Provide career coaching and support employee development plans including advising on internal mobility and career opportunities
• Apply performance and consequential management practices 
• Implement and monitor HR policies, programs, and processes region-wide
• Facilitate training to communicate new processes and systems
• Lead change initiatives through innovation and problem solving while anticipating and addressing resistance to change

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, and international environment
• Experience with employee counseling and handling complex employee relations issues
• Ability to travel up to 10%  (domestic and international)
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong written presentation, interpersonal, consultative, and problem solving skills
• Experience with HRIS Platforms-  Experience with ADP, Workday or SAP preferred
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Union Experience Highly Desireable
