.Net Application Developer

Job Summary/Company: We are seeking an experienced Software / Data Engineer to support a federal government client through .NET application development and data engineering work. This full-time, on-site role in Charleston, SC focuses on console-based applications, database integrations, and ETL processes supporting DIS web applications. Position requires a Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET console-based applications and database integrations. 
• Build and optimize ETL processes and data interfaces between compensation and talent management systems. 
• Support the full software development life cycle while collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Proficiency in Visual Studio.NET, .NET Framework (4.5+), C#, SQL, and data engineering/ETL concepts. 
• Experience translating requirements into scalable solutions and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. 
• Strong communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, web development, and Git is a plus.
