  • Produce sales enablement resources—including presentations, one-sheets, and competitive comparison tools.
  • Organize marketing event logistics such as booth coordination, materials, vendor interactions, and lead capture processes.
  • Plan and facilitate virtual programming including webinars, demos, and educational sessions.
  • Identify and recommend partnership opportunities with external vendors and technology firms to enhance co-marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgeting cycles, quarterly planning, and ongoing process improvements for growth-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to produce thought leadership content aligned to industry topics and customer needs.
  • Direct organic and paid digital initiatives aimed at executive-level, security, and risk-oriented audiences; develop social media strategies, content calendars, and KPI tracking.
  • Adapt cybersecurity messaging for both global reach and local impact, especially within the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
  • Execute paid demand generation plans across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google to consistently drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring marketing programs support sales goals and organizational priorities.
  • Lead CRM reporting, campaign analysis, and optimization efforts to improve ROI and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with finance, delivery, and sales teams to maintain alignment and ensure unified execution across the business.

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong foundation in demand generation and digital marketing strategy.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity, professional services, or B2B technology markets.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to leadership teams.
  • Background leading brand development or corporate identity initiatives.
