Responsibilities:

Review, initiate, and manage pre-employment screening requests.

Support candidate communications and respond to recruitment-related inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate panel interviews, including logistics and communication with hiring teams.

Assist with preparing, organizing, and delivering New Employee Orientation materials and sessions.

Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recruitment-related policies.
-
Track documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
