Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Scan, file, and sort documents into company system
- Provide direct support for Accounts Payable team
- Log purchase orders and match with invoice
- Once purchase orders are matched file the invoices with them
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience of Administrative Assistance
- Proven proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background check requirements include criminal background check and credit check
