Responsibilities:
- Enter all calls into the help desk system
- Use remote desktop applications to troubleshoot or resolve issues
- Escalate issues when needed for prompt problem resolutions
- Shrink wrap software applications and provide asset tracking
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with helpdesk tools
- MS Office proficiency and anti-virus software
- A+N+ or OEM Vendor Certification preferred
