Delivery Ops- Entry level Help Desk

Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global IT Solutions provider seeking a first level remote IT help desk associate.  If you have at least 6 months in a technical or call center environment   This is the ideal role for you!  Apply now and call 703-620-6444 


Responsibilities:
  • Enter all calls into the help desk system
  • Use remote desktop applications to troubleshoot  or resolve issues
  • Escalate issues when needed for prompt problem resolutions
  • Shrink wrap software applications and provide asset tracking 

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with helpdesk tools
  • MS Office proficiency and anti-virus software
  • A+N+ or OEM Vendor Certification preferred
