Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Planning:
Manage HR operations, including human capital resource planning and performance management, to align with company culture and standards.
Coordinate and participate in planning sessions for organizational headcount, compensation programs, and overall financial activities.
Develop and present managerial training sessions on employment, compliance, and leadership.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee all recruiting efforts, both internal and through third-party partners.
Coordinate and manage the offer letter generation process, ensuring all necessary approvals and supporting documentation are in place.
Lead comprehensive onboarding and offboarding activities for smooth transitions, accurate record-keeping, and alignment across HR, Finance, and business units.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
Manage all activities related to payroll, tax, benefits, and retirement plans, including employee integrations, changes, and audits.
Administer annual salary, division, title, and other employee lifecycle changes accurately and promptly.
Manage employee benefits and retirement plan enrollment for new hires, open enrollment, and mid-cycle changes.
HR Systems & Data Management:
Manage all human resources systems, including the core HRIS and third-party vendor systems.
Assist in evaluating and leading potential migrations to new HRIS systems.
Oversee front-end entries for payroll processing, develop and manage reporting, and ensure accurate records.
Maintain all employee records electronically, ensuring completeness, accessibility, accuracy, and up-to-date information.
Collect and produce accurate HR statistical and metric data for reports, presentations, and Board meetings.
Employee Experience & Relations:
Manage employee experience initiatives, including performance plans, recognition programs, pulse surveys, and employee events.
Assist in employee relations, coordinating with outside counsel and leadership to deliver communications.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure standard operating procedures are meticulously developed, followed, and monitored.
Lead and manage the Employee Handbook and Policy Manual, ensuring policies are current, approved, and effectively communicated.
Project Management & Vendor Relations:
Direct project management activities for all major HR projects, such as benefits renewals and system implementations.
Manage HR vendor contract activities, negotiations, and invoicing.
Communication & Reporting:
Design, draft, and prepare organizational communications regarding HR activities.
Assist with HR metric and financial reporting, including materials for board presentations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred. An active HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of seven years of HR leadership experience in an HR operations or generalist role, with a strong background in managing lifecycle HR activities and business partnerships. Experience in a high-performance, high-change technology or cybersecurity environment is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced business environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, report writing, and presentations) across various platforms.
Advanced proficiency with business software, including HCM/HRIS solutions, MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), GoTo Meeting, and Zoom.
Proven ability to produce, analyze, interpret, and translate HR and employment data into actionable insights.
