Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Summary/Company: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Cloud Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize AWS environments supporting mission-critical workloads. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions in line with best practices. Due to client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered for this role.


Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain AWS cloud systems and services.
• Design and manage AWS networking components including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and route tables.
• Ensure operational stability, scalability, and security across all AWS environments.
  
  
• Automate the deployment of workloads using AWS tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
• Monitor system health, resource usage, and costs to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, Master’s with 3–5 years
• Strong understanding of AWS services, networking, and security concepts.
• Proven ability to implement cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
• Advanced AWS Certs strongly preferred (not cloud associate)

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $170,000.00 to $185,000.00
