Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, catering, and document management.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, partners, and other legal professionals.
- Manage travel and expenses including coordinating travel logistics and processing expenses.
- Draft, prepare, and finalize memos and legal documents, ensuring timely service, filing, and delivery.
- Conduct research and collect information as needed.
- Draft and maintain lists and Excel spreadsheets.
- Answer phones, arrange meetings, and greet clients.
- Organize physical and electronic files and assist with billing processes and collection efforts.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Big Law environment.
- SEC filing experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
- Experience with large firm billing software preferred.
- Ability to draft, format, and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $90,000.00 to $97,000.00
