Customer Experience Specialist I

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a non-profit company in the bio-medicine industry that is seeking detail oriented and proficient Customer Experience Specialists. This is a Hybrid opportunity located in Prince William County. Apply now or call 703-620-6444! 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers/clients with speaking about sales orders
• Data entry support to help with processing sales orders
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Customer service/call center experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with business to business sales/customer service 
• Experience with processing sales orders in a computer database 
• Proven and proficient data entry skills (will be tested)
• Science background and/or education is a plus
