Responsibilities:
- Unload shipments of equipment
- Prepare shipments of equipment to be deployed
- Prepare equipment to be installed (I.e., Clean, image, laptop setup and peripherals)
- Manage day-to-day requests from end-users to fulfill laptop and peripheral computing needs and IMAC’s as necessary
- Replace/install RMA’d components provided by vendors, as needed
- Meet customer service and service delivery agreements
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or business training desired
- Previous customer-centric experience
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
- Excellent communication skills
