In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, safeguarding our assets, and driving operational excellence across our facilities. You will lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and maintain best practices in security, EHS, business continuity, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:- Be Our Security Maestro: Conduct a symphony of security operations, managing everything from cutting-edge systems to top-notch security teams.
- Lead the Charge in Emergencies: Craft and execute flawless evacuation plans, turning potential chaos into calm confidence.
- Champion a Safe and Healthy Haven: Implement and enforce robust EHS protocols, making our workplace a beacon of safety.
- Build a Fortress of Business Continuity: Design and deploy strategies that keep us running smoothly, no matter what challenges come our way.
- Elevate Our Service Center: Lead a dynamic team, ensuring seamless mail and print operations that exceed expectations.
- Shape Our Physical Space: Collaborate on facilities projects and maintain strong relationships with building management, creating an optimal environment.
- Drive Our Green Revolution: Spearhead sustainability initiatives, from LEED certifications to innovative recycling programs, making us a leader in eco-friendly practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in office operations, safety/security, or facilities management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Skilled in managing security systems and access controls.
- Well-versed in business continuity planning and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Thorough understanding of emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with software tools such as SAI360, CCURE, or Wizard is a plus.

Pay Range: Hourly $34.00 to $46.00
