Financial Analyst

Sparks Group has partnered with a manufacturing company to find a Financial Analyst.  As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing internal and external data to drive data-driven decisions that improve financial performance. This includes managing data relationships, collaborating with senior leaders across the organization, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of financial analysis experience and be able to build relationships with various leaders throughout the organization.  Some global travel will be required for the position. • Owns all aspects of financial analysis, including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analyses.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Review and analyze month end close reports and capex authorization form.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing accounting and control procedures as necessary to meet established company goals and comply with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with leaders to explain/understand variances

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to read P&L reports and cash flow statements.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus.
• Strong drive towards innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $115,000.00 to $125,000.00
