Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day HR functions including onboarding, orientation, and records management.
- Establish HR processes and create tools for success.
- Utilize and enhance HRIS utilization.
- Master day to day HR functions and provide recommendations for improving processes.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Ensure HR policies align with company goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including evaluating needs for the HR department.
- Manage employee onboarding & offboarding.
- Maintain records and implementation of benefits and leave programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance & support on daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Analyze HR data & prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field required
- 10+ years HR experience.
- Experience with ADP required.
- SPHR/CCP certification preferred.
- Must bring high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organization & communication skills.

Pay Range: Salary $100,000.00 to $130,000.00
