Director of Human Resources

Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day HR functions including onboarding, orientation, and records management.
• Establish HR processes and create tools for success.
• Utilize and enhance HRIS utilization.
• Master day to day HR functions and provide recommendations for improving processes.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Ensure HR policies align with company goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including evaluating needs for the HR department.
• Manage employee onboarding & offboarding.
• Maintain records and implementation of benefits and leave programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide guidance & support on daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Analyze HR data & prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field required
• 10+ years HR experience.
• Experience with ADP required.
• SPHR/CCP certification preferred.
• Must bring high level of attention to detail.
• Strong organization & communication skills.

Pay Range: Salary $100,000.00 to $130,000.00
