Field Premium Auditor (Midwest)

Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group, partnered with a leading, dynamic insurance and financial services organization, is in search of a motivated Premium Auditor to play a vital role in ensuring accurate premium calculations and fostering positive client relationships. As Premium Auditor, you will act as a key point of contact, providing expert guidance and resolving client inquiries related to insurance policies. The ideal candidate will be located in the ‘mid-west’ region and is willing to travel 60% of the time from their home office to member offices. Responsibilities include:

• Premium Reviews: Conduct on-site and/or remote reviews of policyholder and third-party administrator records. Analyze data to reconcile earned and paid premiums and verify policyholder information. Review claims against relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, assisting with policy details and administrative questions. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and participate in client meetings as needed. Conduct follow-up communication with clients and brokers.
• Administrative Functions: Plan and schedule reviews efficiently. Support premium billing and collections processes. Assist with claim reviews and documentation. Maintain accurate records.
• Compliance & Data Protection: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and company policies, including data privacy standards.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to travel within a multi-state region (approximately 60%).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Pay Range: Salary $59,000.00 to $73,900.00
