Call Center Representative

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading well, know local Credit Union to secure a Call Center Representative. Do you have experience in banking and pride yourself on your customer service skills? Are you looking for your next career position with a stable organization? 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Basic customer service support
  • Directing incoming calls using a telephone system
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Document Processing support, including scanning and filing
  • Validating customer data

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook is a plus
  • 2-3 years of Credit Union or Bank experience required
  • Symitar (bank processing system) preferred
  • Need to pass a credit check

Pay Range: Hourly $21.00 to $23.00
