This role is hybrid and reports into their Silver Spring, Md office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar for grants, sponsorships, reports, and funding applications.
- Attend committee meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and reports as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Grants Department.
- Implement data archiving as part of the disaster recovery plan.
- Update and maintain records in the grants management software/database, ensuring data accuracy.
- Organize a library of standard proposal attachments and FAQ tools for grant applications.
- Generate reports and handle data requests for internal reporting purposes.
- Oversee deadlines and milestones using GrantHub and coordinate relevant staff training.
- Collaborate with the Grants Director and Administrator to report on key metrics.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a development or related role within the nonprofit or public sector.
- Experience in database management, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the philanthropic community (local, regional, or national) is a plus.
- Grant writing experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $27.00
