The Financial Business Manager will provide strategic financial and administrative leadership for the architecture and engineering department by managing budget development, analyzing financial and personal data, and supporting department chairs and staff with financial expertise. Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Oversee budget preparation and financial compliance.
• Manage personnel transactions (faculty, staff, students) in Workday.
• Compile data for various financial and grant reports.
• Review and approve administrative documents.
• Consult with departments regarding budgets and financials.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree + 7 years of experience (or equivalent).
• Expertise in financial accounting systems and grant administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Workday.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
