Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, conferences and travel
- Reconcile travel and entertainment expense reports
- Prepare presentations and take meeting minutes
- Handle meeting rooms, supplies and catering
- Ship out requested sales material
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Experience with International organizations preferred
- Event management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and Concur
