Responsibilities:
- Manage HR individual data changes, including retroactive changes, corrections, rescinding transactions, and manual transactions.
- Execute mass data updates related to organizational changes, pay adjustments, job transitions, contingent workers, and job requisitions.
- Process terminations in HR systems (Workday) and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
- Ensure compliance with departmental practices and relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service supporting human resources in HR administration, transactional and data management, and reporting activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, including the ability to create business spreadsheets, organize large datasets, perform complex computations, and utilize advanced functions such as pivot tables, Vlookups, and formulas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with COE partners and business sectors to enhance service delivery.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
