Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and exceed targets through effective sales team leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition plan to expand our reach and solidify brand presence.
- Lead the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
- Forge and cultivate long-term customer partnerships by understanding their needs and collaborating effectively.
- Provide insightful reports and forecasts on sales, revenue, expenses, and market trends to management.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying anticipating market shifts, and keeping abreast of competitor developments and new product launches.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Must live in one of the required states listed above
- Must have experience in the public safety sector
- Possess a BS/MS in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Consistently exceed sales targets through prior experience as a sales manager
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influence skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to drive sales from planning to successful closing
- Excel at mentoring, coaching, and people management
