Inclusion, Diversity, Access and Equity (IDA&E) Coordinator

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a medical non-profit association to identify a skilled Inclusion, Diversity, Access and Equity (IDA&E) Coordinator to join the team. This position will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing initiatives related to diversity and inclusion within the organization. This is a remote position w/ candidates to be located in the following states (VA, MD, D.C., FL, NC, MA, OH). 


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor IDA&E initiatives and programs 
  • Assist in the development and execution of new strategies 
  • Coordinator and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events focused on related topics 
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Stay informed about best practices, trends, and developments and make recommendations for continuous improvement  

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 7+ years of experience of full lifecycle IDA&E expertise 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization 
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred
