Our client, a scientific society, is looking for a diligent and motivated Staffing Coordinator to centralize recruiting for their Washington operations. If you bring experience working with a vendor management system, recruiting functions, and handle contract and vendor negotiations, this is the job for you!
Position requires to be local and work a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:

Qualify business requirements and source, screen, and select candidates

Provide analysis, feedback, and recommendations to management and appropriate staff during the procurement of contingent labor

Maintain associated administrative documentation and work with department contingent staff budgets to support financial goals

Establish relationships with suppliers, independent contractors, and internal customers
-
Contribute to development, standardization, and implementation of policies and procedures related to contingent labor
-
Leverage market expertise to innovate and ensure service excellence
Qualifications/Background Profile:

College degree or equivalent experience required
-
5+ years of relevant experience
-
Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills
-
Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred: VNDLY, PeopleSoft, LaserFiche, and DocuSign
