Call Center Representative

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a solid organization supporting a long term Government contract.  We are looking to fill in excess of 75 open positions. 100% Remote!!   If you have a Customer Service mindset this may be the role for you!  Previous experience working in a contact center role is HIGHLY desired.  Position will start within the next two weeks with multiple shifts available.  Please submit your resume today for consideration or call us at 703-821-1911 for more details.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming or making outbound calls
  • Review customer accounts and convey status updates to callers
  • Assist and monitor chat room questions 
  • Ensure all callers are responded to
  • Document the resolution of each call into the CRM

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Completed BA degree required
  • Must be able to pass a Government mandated background check
  • Must have solid broadband for Wifi while working remote
  • Knowledge of MSOffice
